The default ergodash switchplates had a design flaw - their holes were too small to accommodate my Outemu Sky Blue switches. As soon as I inserted the switches, the plate warped under pressure and some of them became so tightly squeezed that they malfunctioned entirely. To rectify this issue, I took the original switchplates and made a deliberate modification by enlarging all the holes by 0.2mm in every direction. This straightforward adjustment ensured a perfect fit for my switches.
