Erector set replacement bush wheel

A neighbor surprised our kids with an awesome Erector set, however, a few pieces appear to have vanished during transport. To build the Ferris Wheel we need four "bush wheel" parts (officially known as "BT Pierced Disc"), but only three could be located. Hopefully, this will suffice as a substitute - I plan to 3D print at least one test piece, and it may also mill nicely out of an aluminum plate.
