ERCE Ice race wheel
thingiverse
2021 version of Ice race wheels. The middle part can be print from any material, that can withstand hits in low temperature environment. For me PETG and PC-PETG works best The "tire" is designed for NinjaFlex Both parts can be only slide over each other, I use Loctite 406 to be sure it stays on place. Screws used are https://www.rvspaleis.nl/plaatschroeven/din-7982-tx/din-7982tx-[-]-a2-[-]-2,9/7982-2-2.9x6.5tx_100 No glue is needed for the screws to be fixed, they "cut" inside of the material (but can be glued for security feeling) Build-up sequence: 1. Place the screws inside of the flex tire. The easiest way is to bend the tire to get access to the prepared hole 2. When all 42 screws on place use alcohol to "grease" the inner part (water can be also used, but take longer to dry) 3. Press the inner part to flex tire 4. Fix with glue when neccessary
