Update 4/26 - fixed the left side plate scale, and moved the flange inside Update 4/23 - added a new right side plate with flange inside, integrated zero plate w/ 10mm flange, and move the 0,0 location 10mm +X and 30mm +Y. This allows for more wire clearance between the plate and the Arduino. Also added mounting holes so the Arduino can go on the outside of the right plate if your cables are long enough Also added a flat plate for the center of the board edges. Uses the same clamp plate. Tap with your M5 tap and get some M5 x 0.8 x 30mm flat head screws and install from the bottom. One last addition for now - added a better thumbwheel. Tap it with your M5 tap Corner hold downs for Edward's ERC Timsav or other foamboard cutters. Requires (2) M5 x 0.8 x 25 or 30mm flat head screws. You'll need your M5 tap to clean out the threads. The nut could be replaced by something off the shelf - all I could find was wing nuts locally and they were too tall. You'll need (3) angle irons, (6) clamp style 2, and (6) hold down nuts to do three corners. Also included is a modified right side and left side plate. I have added flanges for screwing down to a table. I also made a slight modification to the right side plate to allow the Arduino Uno to be mounted to the outside. One last file included is a +30mm zero plate with a locating flange. This moves 0,0 30mm to the left so there is less wire bunched up against the Arduino, and an added flange for locating the foamboard. All files are attributed to Edward Chew's awesome design.
