ER16 Collet Holders are essential tools for craftsmen, particularly those working with drill presses and lathe equipment. When needing to assemble or repair projects involving ER16 components, having multiple holders available can be very convenient. However, most commercially available collets are not easily adjustable, making it challenging to use them in combination. In response to this limitation, the idea for modified ER16 Collet Holders with dovetail designs has been presented, which can facilitate easier adjustments and better versatility. The starting point for these modifications was the existing design from Thingiverse's model number 16161, which focused primarily on using two pieces to hold multiple collets securely in place.
