Working on a commercial project that required long battery life but found I was only getting about a month on each ER14250. The target was 1-2 years on a ER14250. This required me to build a substitute battery that would be placed in the device so I could perform power measurements.

There is a flat side to allow easy printing with no supports.
The positive terminal is a hex drive socket cap screw - M3 6mm
The negative terminal is a hex drive socket cap screw - M5 8mm
the captive nuts match the screws.

Just wrap a loop of wire around each of the screws and tighten them down.
Bonus: You can easily check the voltage on the substitute battery by touching the probes to the captive nuts on the positive and negative sides.

It goes without saying, but the voltage applied to the battery adapter must match the voltage of the actual ER14250 battery it is replacing.
