I use S3D with separate processes to place two solid diaphragm infill layers right below where the Collet Nut shelf starts - same on the lid. This creates a smooth transition from infill to top layers without requiring a high infill percentage. No supports are needed. The letters come out best when bridges are laid in from left to right or right to left, not up and down. If S3D doesn't automatically correct the bridging angle, use 0/90 degrees. I used full Honey Comb infill and 45/-45 degree rectilinear exterior fill. The object has three bottoms, four tops, and three walls. A small paper clip or an R/C control rod with a diameter of 1-1.5mm works well as the hinge pin. Two M3x8 steel screws are used in the base while two 3/16"x1/4" magnets go into the lid. Collets without the nut can be pushed down into the holder for a tight fit.
