A CNC enthusiast crafted a chip holder designed specifically for the ER11 collet on their 3020 machine. The goal is to ensure a tight fit, providing excellent stability during high-speed operations. To facilitate ease of use, STL files are included for both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations. Rigorous testing was conducted at an impressive 8000 RPM without encountering any issues on the CNC machine. Performance data is as follows: Printer Brand: Up Printer: Up Mini Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: Printing at 0.2 mm worked well, but other settings may also be suitable. Infill: Maximum density was used. Notes: This design should work seamlessly with various machines; minor adjustments might be necessary depending on the machine and filament in use.
