Those who use a milling collet chuck ER-11 can greatly benefit from its ability to blow chips and dust away from the workpiece while working. To attach it, simply place the collet onto the chuck itself, which fits very tightly, then insert the collet with your end mill or other tool attached, and secure everything in place by tightening the retaining nut until the cutter or drill is firmly clamped.
