MAR 6 - Revised so this should better "clip" into the BMW fender liner. I created this custom part to replace a pricey ($50) BMW part found on the e46 M3 - one of the crucial supports for the plastic under-tray. This part is still in development - I've successfully printed the primary bracket, and it works perfectly with plenty of support laid flat on its side. I'm eager to push the limits further by attempting to print vertically. The attached model features additional triangular reinforcement not shown in the pictures. I'm uncertain whether this will enable secure attachment of the fender liner - the dimensions are identical to the BMW part, except for the thickness. This might not be flexible enough to accommodate the fender liners, but I won't know until mine are replaced or properly secured.
