This combination square makes it easy to adjust the ruler with just one screw and without tools. It allows: * Tracing a line at 90 degrees * Tracing a line at 45 degrees * Tracing a perpendicular line over short distances that prevent using a non-adjustable square * Measuring distance and reporting this measurement * Tracing a line parallel to a side * Checking horizontal level or slope of a plan (by placing the square flat) * Finding center of round parts For more information on how this combination square works, check out YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=combination+square+uses You'll need: * 1 x M4×20 mm bolt * 1 x M4 nut * A ruler - I used a Silverline one. You can find them easily on Amazon or eBay. Spirit levels are also required. You can buy them directly from an archery shop, but they're quite pricey. Alternatively, you can purchase a basic level at a hardware store and disassemble it, like I did: http://www.leroymerlin.fr/v3/p/produits/niveau-3-fioles-old-hand-tools-fair-f02-03-l-23-cm-e1400632680#&xtmc=niveau&xtcr=1 A small piece of rubber (like an inner tube from a bike) is also necessary to keep the ruler in place. Installing spirit levels: I used two different models: with and without. However, my printer's settings weren't perfect, so I had trouble printing the supports for the spirit levels. I ended up using glue to attach them instead. Maybe you'll have better luck than me! If you like this item, consider buying me a beer or coffee (tip designer). Thanks!
