***UPDATE*** I've just enhanced one wall in DE mount, now it fits perfectly! I used thick shell (5 layers) or increased infill to make it more robust. It seems that even with 30% infill mounts are sturdy enough, but there's no need to sacrifice time - we need to make it extremely strong. In this project, I utilized GT2 gears. The entire BOM consists of: - 2x NEMA17 motors (400 steps, 4.4 kg/cm) - 8 bolts M3 x 12 - 8 M3 washers - 2x M5 x 16 - 1x nut M5 - 3x M5 washers And also: - 2x GT2 48T wheel - 2x GT2 16T wheel - Closed loop belt 172mm - Closed loop belt 136mm
