This headphones project is now officially called the EQ-1 as our very first Certified Open Source Hardware product. We are eventually planning to make some crucial improvements, including: Bluetooth wireless connectivity Replacing foam pads with printed versions in flexible filament The Duli 2.0 has finally arrived, allowing for complete adjustability and total comfort! You can now print out your favorite music to enjoy at a later time. These amazing headphones are available fully assembled on our Etsy: http://etsy.me/1Bjy0fE. Here are the essential parts you need to print out to make these incredible headphones: headband_bottom_geared.stl x2 duli_cup.stl x2 duli_cap.stl x2 top_gear.stl x1 headband_top.stl x1 top_gear_pin.stl x1 pin1.stl x4 pin2.stl x2 Some parts, however, cannot be printed out. (They are available as a kit on Tindie): Speakers x2 Foam pads x2 Speaker Jack x2 22 AWG wire 1/4" Audio Cable Take the speaker jack and attach it to the speaker using some 22 AWG wire. Now, snap that speaker into place inside duli_cup, and tighten the nut until it securely attaches. Put a foam pad over duli_cap and then insert two copies of pin1 into both pieces so they'll be firmly attached together. Next, take both headband_bottom_geared pieces and fit them fully inside headband_top before adding top_gear and top_gear_pin.
