I crafted an aluminum stem specifically for my dirt jumping bicycle. Using a manual milling apparatus along with a Haas VF-3 vertical CNC machine, I fabricated another one as well. This second piece has been flawlessly serving my bike needs for close to a year. The design is accessible in Autodesk Inventor format.
