Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:343343 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=343343 Instructions Using the following options: nut_shaft_distance is set to 1.2 inches. screw_profile has been changed to 4 threads per inch. base_height is now 8 inches tall. belt_retainer will be installed, but is not threaded. motor_shaft_diameter remains unchanged at 7 millimeters. base_diameter stays the same, measuring 20 centimeters in diameter. nut_shape has been redesigned as an M shape for added stability. screws_disposition will now hold two screws evenly spaced. a new belt_idler will be built to optimize gear performance. profile is optimized to provide smooth motor movement with each toothed part having a length of 6 inches. the number_of_teeth in the new gear has been increased to fifty, allowing for smoother power distribution.
