Epoxy roller

I used an epoxy roller to smooth out fiberglass, which is a rough version. If you need something smoother, check out my other design. I bent some wire into a handle and secured it with hot glue or a collet - it worked perfectly for me. The more you use this roller, the smoother it becomes.
