Epoxy mixing cup
pinshape
This epoxy mixing cup prints quickly and inexpensively. It consists of two parts: the cup itself and the divider. The cup is printed in vase mode with continuous vertical layers, allowing for fast printing at high speeds (0.35mm or 0.4mm). In contrast, the divider requires a finer layer setting (0.2mm) to ensure accuracy. Inserting the divider creates the desired epoxy mixing ratio: I designed this tool specifically for XTC-3D 3D Print Coating epoxy, which mixes at 2:1, so I bent the divider to a 120-degree angle along its middle crease; for 1:1 mixes, simply use the straight divider. Pouring the epoxy components requires equal levels on both sides (easier with transparent filament). Folding the divider in half at its middle crease, then again at each of the other two creases, allows it to be used as a mixing stick. This tool is meant for single use only, making it a great candidate for cheap filament.
