This small-scale project was created for my 3D printing class, where the constraint of using no more than 1 cubic inch of material applied. The spiral bevel gears were designed using GearTrax in Solidworks, ensuring ample clearance at .020 inches to prevent parts from sticking together during print. The result is a silent and smooth operation, optimized for printing with the main axis vertical – enjoy!
