I've created another attempt at remixing the fan duct, starting from scratch this time. Hopefully, this one will meet my expectations. I'm currently printing it out. Additionally, I've uploaded the GCode for the test print, which is set to 0.4 mm layer thickness. However, I highly recommend printing it at a lower resolution of 0.2 mm for optimal results. Update: In retrospect, I was foolish not to leave enough space for the rail in my initial design. Furthermore, some of the holes were misaligned, forcing me to remove part of the model manually to accommodate the rail and drill new screw holes. Thankfully, these adjustments have resolved the issue, and the airflow is now flawless. I've since updated the model with revised hole patterns and added extra space for the rail, as well as additional holes just in case. Fingers crossed that this revised design will meet everyone's expectations. If anyone has already printed the previous version of the fan duct, I apologize for any wasted filament. It's all part of the trial-and-error process until we reach perfection. I'm confident that this latest iteration is the one we've been searching for – a reliable and efficient fan duct that meets our needs.
