A thematic objective marker for epic, inspired by the Dawn Of War Chapel-Barracks design. This custom-made model serves as my Astartes blitz objective marker. The design features basic extrusions and low detail, allowing it to print in one piece without requiring extensive post-processing. Characterization is left to paint. The banner fits snugly into a hole on top of the structure. I recommend printing one for each chapter and painting their specific icon onto it. Be prepared to sand down the banner stick for a seamless fit. To maintain a consistent theme, paint the main structure in neutral tones. This way, you can swap out chapter banners without disrupting the overall aesthetic. Glueing the banners in place is optional, as it will make swapping them more difficult. For an immersive gaming experience, I position the chapel on the back edge of the board (blitz marker) and connect two vents to the opponent's half (take and hold markers). These vents are designed to blend seamlessly into the base via underground tunnels.
