A Space Marine Biker proxy for Epic scale games (40k or Armageddon etc). [update 2019-12-18: added lowPolyBiker2.stl and lowPolyBiker2-sgt.stl, these have a tiny bit more detail since I now have a resin printer, plus sergeant with chainsword for variation. Enjoy.] I actually needed 'Rough Riders' for a Knights army so I'll just chop off the 'backpack vents (bubbles at the top) which is the same technique I use for making 'Scouts'. [This is what's in the main pic]. Based more on the 'blocky' 28mm 40k bikes rather than the 6mm/Heresy or 30k 'round' bikes. This is my first attempt using my "posable low-proxy marine" SketchUp model in situ so hopefully it works ok. The notably extra-blobby tyres should hopefully be 'slightly bumpy' given low res printer. [Post-print] couple of minor changes to be done, but it works as is. Print 2, glue to a square base, done. As these are relatively large models (compared to standing Tactical), I'd recommend just 2 on a the square base similar to the Eldar jet bikes etc. I was a little worried they would be too big, but by comparison to Tacticals and Rhino they are not excessively large. Once you add basing texture they're going to be fine. Besides Astartes wouldn't be riding Vespa's.
