The Chimera chassis serves multiple purposes, with its original design being the most widely produced version. Equipped with robust armor and firepower to a standard many consider ideal for a genuine tank, not just an armored personnel carrier, it still accommodates a full squad of soldiers along with all their gear. The most common configuration features a turret-mounted laser cannon and hull bolter, but auto cannons and flamethrowers also see frequent use. The main body originates from BiancaW's Epic40k Chimera, as is the case with all my Chimera chassis vehicles; the turret was sourced from my hellhounds, which were remixed in turn from outofstep's Homonculus Troop Transport. The tracks were sliced off Stroganoff's Epic Scale Leman Russ. The design is compatible with turrets from Epic Scale Hellhound. A blank turret has been intentionally left for ease of remix and to accommodate a paperclip barrel, as I find the look of multi-lasers unappealing, so one has not been attempted in the turret. For those curious, the angle of elevation in the turrets is set at 10 degrees. 18/08/2018: The front was corrected.
