Epic Malefactor

I couldn't track down a Malefactor in existence, as this ancient epic model never received an update to "current" 40k from GW or FW. I merged multiple components to bring it back to life (exocrine body with part of hydral spine body, top of carnifex head, BFG cruiser front for the mouth, lictor scythe for the arms) and applied some Blender touches to refine its shape somewhat. 2020-06-15: I've updated the model, apparently I didn't export my previous version with a smooth carapace and two vestiges of vent remained visible, so I fixed that.
