Here's an Aeonic orb designed specifically with epic proportions in mind. This model incorporates several elements from other designs, but a significant portion of its features are original creations or heavily modified ones. Feel free to adjust the scale to your liking and size it as you see fit. As it stands, the model is hollowed out and has a hole at the bottom for accommodating a flying stand. EDIT: A larger version of this orb has been created by upsizing and breaking down individual components. The complete model can be printed in one piece using a photon printer, while the bigger version will require at least two prints - one for the orb itself and another for the armor panels. This upgraded version comes in at approximately 75mm across its widest point, so it's significantly larger than the original.
