EOS -> M42 converter/adapter. Inspired by thingiverse.com/thing:1029872 Accepts Canon EOS lenses. Other side could be ø42mm threaded barrel, pressed into hole. Bayonet part should be inserted into cap and glued with super glue or acetone. This way it is easier to adjust the angle and the distance between flange and bayonet for a tight fit.
