This is a bracket engineered to attach a Canon EOS camera (proven to function with EOS500 and EOS550) onto a Celestron Nexstar 8SE mount via a Skywatcher 15cm dovetail plate, making it easy to capture astrophotography images using any standard camera. The bottom rear edge of the bracket is lined up with a raised strip for seamless removal and replacement of the camera while maintaining precise alignment. Additionally, there is a convenient slot at the right allowing you to open the battery compartment without taking out the camera from the bracket.
