I'm exploring the windmill concept and decided to give it a try. Honestly, the performance wasn't quite what I expected, but it still turns with about one-fifth the efficiency of my previous design (available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1176940). Since I like the shape, I'm sharing it as an idea seed for further development. Here are the final printed dimensions: 168 mm high and 120 mm in diameter. Print Settings: * Printer: Prusa i3 * Rafts: Not necessary * Supports: None required * Resolution: 0.4 mm * Infill: 100% Notes: The STL file is designed as a shell, with perimeters set to 3 and an extruder diameter of 0.5 mm. To print the model as shown in the picture, you'll need six Pale-it2-70.stl files. However, feel free to experiment with different configurations using Pale-it35.stl (half-height) to create a taller, multi-colored assembly or whatever design you have in mind.
With this file you will be able to print eolus with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on eolus.
