"Eolo" The simplest ever laser air assist

The simplest laser air assist is here, just two items and four 3.0mm screws! I've not been able to find a very powerful 35mm fan, so I said myself "Why ever a powerful fan, just use an external air flow generator, like aquarium air pump or even a normal compressor, and an adapter to replace the original fan...". The advantage is best cooling action for laser and, with a little adapter, an air assist blowing directly to laser focus. It's tailored on Chinese LASER TREE's 20W diode laser (35x35mm) and I don't know if it fits other models; please see pictures for dimensions. Added 30x30mm set for LASER TREE's 7.5W diode laser. Added 40x40mm set for generic diode laser. If you need other dimension, please email me, I'll be happy to modify the design. This is the result. UPDATES: 2020-10-17 - uploaded brand new nozzles, due to conflict between nozzle and focusing lens. Sorry for that. INSTRUCTIONS: - carefully unscrew the four screws from laser top and remove electronic board and spacers - insert the air coupler (it's same height as fan) - insert the electronic board and spacers and screw all together - put in place on laser bottom the blower and fix it with four 3.0mm screws (if you find difficult to thread them directly, thread the holes before with an 3.0mm tap) BOM: 8-)) - n. 4 M3x10mm screws - silicon pipe OD 6mm ID 4mm (the aquarium one)
