The badge demands top-notch printing at the highest possible resolution using a precision nozzle of 0.2mm. Following this, it requires a thorough heating with a heat gun to attain the exact curvature required. I manufactured mine on a spacious stainless steel bowl. To add stability, I securely attached a single row of pins to the backside via epoxy resin. The acorn nut must be printed with a reliable raft for support. Conversely, the acorns necessitate extremely high resolution but need a precision knife to carefully trim out the hollow center to accommodate the cap! A quarter-inch Paracord serves as the flexible band itself.
