I had a print failure at 97% where the top on one side didn't finish and the other broke a section off. I suspect it was a combo of using IS (maybe speed, maybe ramping) and I had a filament run-out change which went flawlessly (thanks Prusa), but because I had no prime tower, I think that transition layer was thin.I see others have had the same issue, so I decided to try PLA supports. I had not tried PLA supports on PETG yet and probably should have tested a smaller sample, but just went for it. It worked perfectly. The PLA does require some force to pop off, but it does pop off cleanly.I would recommend removing these parts from print plate 2 and print separately. Included a plate with those parts removed and PLA supports.Check the scaling! The original X height of the parts at 100% is 252.63 mm, so adjust based on your shrink test. Also make sure if you change any of the PLA filaments, you set the bed temp to 85° C for that PLA profile. You can reference the Prusa article on Combining materials to make sure all settings are correct.https://help.prusa3d.com/article/combining-materials-xl_498103
