The 3D model was first crafted with Sketchup 8, before being seamlessly converted into numerous other 3D formats. The native format of this model is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene boasts compatibility with 3ds Max 2016 and was skillfully rendered using Vray 3.00. This magnificent structure is actually the "Environmental Education Center," formerly a boy's school that has been standing proudly since its completion in 1904. Over the years, it served various purposes - initially housing the Joint Greek School from 1914. Between 1914 and 1938, it played host to the Primary School for Boys. After being temporarily closed between 1938 and 1958, the school underwent a major renovation. In the academic year of 1959-1960, the Private High School Velvento took up residence in the building until December 1966. From January 1967 onward, it welcomed the State High School Velvento, proudly serving this role for an impressive twenty-five years until the academic year of 1991-1992 came to a close.
