These are adapters designed for the Milwaukee Tool M18™ 2-Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum, Model # 0880-20 B34B (not the older 0880-20 B32A!, which is a slightly different model.) They are designed to fit most other Milwaukee Tools. One adapter has been designed to fit 1.5" dust port. It fits overtop of these attachments, which I referred to as outer 1.5". I choose to use the outer fit because it ensures that there is less obstruction along the path for the dust. The other adapter is designed to fit 2.5" dust ports. It fits inside of the 2.5" port (which is actually 2.24" in diameter) on these tools. This is done because some of the 2.5" ports do not enough outside clearance, such as my Miter Saw. It also reduces the amount of PLA required.I have set the thickness for the part at 1/10".Both adapters fit the tapered nozzle for the standard Vacuum hose. All ends of these adapters are slightly tapers so that you can get a snug fit. Also the 1.5" dust ports are all ever so slightly different sides, thus the taper was required so that one adapter fits all.I designed this before the Vacuum Power Tool Adapter, model # 49-90-2018, was available. I have not tried out that part.I did 100% infill for strength as I made the part pretty thin at 1/10".It has been tested with the following tools (if it works well with others, please add that in the comments):M18 Random Orbit Sander 2648-20: 1.5" OuterM18 FUEL D-Handle Jig Saw 2737-20, 1.5" OuterM18 FUEL Barrel Grip Jig Saw 2737B-20, 1.5" OuterM18 FUEL Compact Router 2723-20. 1.5" OuterM18 FUEL 8-1/4" Table Saw 2736-20, 2.5" InnerM18 FUEL 7-1/4” Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw 2733-20, 2.5" InnerSo far only one tool I've tried has a poor fit -- seems to have a larger outer radius that the otherst:M18 3-1/4" Planer 2623-20, 1.5" OuterI have included the Fusion 360 files for both adapters so you can adjust them as required.
