In this challenge, I had a great time participating and enhancing my skills. Below is an overview of my entry: It contains image files that demonstrate the 3D printing process of pressure vessel structures in sections as well as final welding. Each completed section is raised above the printing area. The images also illustrate the 3D printing of thermal protection layers, with separate mixing tanks for metal and thermal insulation materials. Additionally, STL files are provided, along with a Vimeo link to an animation showcasing the thermal protection layer printing process.
