Designed with SolidWorks. This spacer is designed to facilitate the rotation of the spool around its axis. The goal is to avoid forcing on the extruder or filament. CAUTION: There's a version 2 available that features a chamfer to prevent the spool from slipping and falling! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4340382 Note: The outer diameter being slightly small, I had to add two turns of scotch tape so that the spool wouldn't slip during its rotation during printing.
