Enterprise Magnetic Wall Display (Star Trek)

<p>Create your own version of the Enterprise D Conference Lounge - on your refrigerator!</p><p>I’ve created magnet-compatible versions of the Enterprises seen on the wall display in the Enterprise D Conference Lounge, but have also provided what you need to update it to all on-screen canon Prime universe Enterprises (sorry - no other ships at this time).&nbsp;</p><p>The ships are all to scale* relative to each other (I checked verified or assumed reliable dimensions on Memory Alpha and Ex Astris Scientia), and printable on a small/midsize printer. For reference, I printed on an Adventurer 3 with max diagonal build length of 210 mm long for the Enterprise E - I scaled the other models down from there.</p><p>Each model includes magnet cutouts that can accommodate 2-3 small, high-strength magnets; I sized it to use <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07873ZCY4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1">these 6x3 mm magnets from Amazon</a>, and most ended up inserting securely with pressure and no glue. You can use smaller magnets with more generous application of glue, or just apply a magnet strip across the cutouts instead.</p><p>ISSUES TO NOTE:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>The nacelle pylons are ultra thin and fragile on the NX-01, the 1701, the 1701-A, and surprisingly also on the 1701-E. Be gentle when separating supports.</li><li>*On the NX-01 I couldn’t fit the magnet indents without breaking through the outer layers, so that model's actually 5% larger than it would be if it were accurately to scale. I hope you can forgive me.</li><li>I strongly recommend printing on Fine detail; the NX-01 and other small models are super tight on tolerances</li><li>This is my first ever design or remix; if I’ve missed something, I welcome feedback!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><strong>Credit due</strong></i>:</p><p>These are remixed from Thingiverse models that aren't currently present on Printables: mostly ShannDeMann’s “<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3485751">Star Trek USS Enterprise Ultimate Collection - Wall Variant</a>”, which is itself remixed from Solid Alexei’s fantastic “<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1423364">Star Trek USS Enterprise Ultimate Collection</a>” I’m also remixing CoopTread’s “<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3060746">Enterprise-D Observation Lounge</a>” for the CVN-65 model.</p>
