This chair is based on the Ergoform Workseat and was used, in a slightly modified state, on the sets of various Star Trek productions. It was first seen on the bridge of the USS Enterprise-A in the film Star Trek: The Final Frontier. It made a lot of other Star Trek appearances later on. These chairs could be seen on the bridges of all of the following ships: USS Enterprise-B (Star Trek: Generations), USS Pasteur (Star Trek: The Next Generation), USS Prometheus, USS Raven, “USS Dauntless” (Star Trek: Voyager), and ECS Horizon (Star Trek: Enterprise).
