This accessory is designed for insertion into filament spools, creating an 8mm hole for hanging on an 8mm threaded rod. The fit should be secure, but it also features four holes for attaching with small self-tapping screws if necessary. For optimal performance, print using PLA and then utilize two M8 nuts and two M8 penny washers to secure the accessory onto the threaded rod. An additional M8 nut may be needed to prevent movement and adjust tension as required.
