I opened my Printrbot to fix arm joints that were melting together during printing. To start, I increased the shoulder hole's diameter by 0.25mm. Next, I lengthened each shoulder pole by 0.5mm while shifting the arms 0.25mm outward to recenter them properly. Moving on, I enlarged the elbow hole's diameter by another 0.25mm. Finally, I narrowed each forearm width by 1.0mm by removing the middle section and merging the two remaining halves together.
