Enhancements for Simple spool system for a Mendel (or other 3d printer)

The design has been modified with a reprappable base for the spool, eliminating the need for wood for the base; simply print it out. An update includes the addition of a spool_clip part file, designed in OpenSCAD and parametric. Print six clips and insert them into the slots on the filament spindle parts to increase length without needing additional pieces. To assemble, print two spool base files beneath the spool bearing holders. Lastly, print six spool clips (adjust height in OpenSCAD) and attach them to the arms of the filament spool parts for more length.
