Enhanced silicone caulk shaping tool

Here is my solution for a silicone caulking tool. I'm rather satisfied with the results in my kitchen, so feel free to try ! Several chamfer sizes are available (I used 6mm).I believe that this shape design makes it easier to succeed in making good-looking silicone beads, though you still have to pay attention to silicone extrusion rate, cleaning, etc.Design featuresContrary to some existing tools for that purpose, this corner doesn't have a 90° angle between long edges, but a 80° angle. Having an angle less than 90° is useful to reach the edge between two surfaces that have, say, a 89° angle (yes, it happens). Also, an angle of 80° makes it easier to keep the corner in contact with both surfaces, by pressing. The sides of the corner have a significant thickness (around 11mm, becoming finer towards the tip) and an angle that matches the orthogonal surfaces when the tool is properly aligned. Those thicker walls ensure that the corner finds the right orientation when pressing. Actually, the sides are not flat, but slightly conical, to accommodate for small angle variations, though I'm not sure that this really matters.
