Enhanced Sanding Block (2-inch width - Landscape)

The 1.5-inch wide sanding block is designed for use on flat surfaces and optimizes sheet sandpaper efficiency, minimizing waste. Landscape/Long Version: This design employs two 1/4-20 bolts to secure the compression plate and apply tension to the sandpaper strip. Alternatively, you can utilize a Thumbscrew design (linked below) to simplify disassembly. The printing process is divided into three distinct parts: 1. The bottom plate provides a smooth sanding surface. 2. The compression plate tightens the sandpaper and offers a comfortable grip. 3. The body holds the sandpaper in place under tension. Six separate designs are available within this set, each designed to work independently. See Options Below
