A compact, one-inch wide sanding block designed for efficient work on flat surfaces and sheet sandpaper minimizes waste. The design relies on two quarter-twenty bolts to secure the compression plate in position and apply tension to the sandpaper strip. For easier disassembly, consider using the Thumbscrew design linked below as an optional feature. The printing process is divided into three distinct parts: 1. The bottom plate provides a smooth surface for sanding. 2. The compression plate tightens the sandpaper and offers a comfortable grip. 3. The body holds the sandpaper in place under tension. Six individual designs are available, each offered separately.
