1.5-Inch wide sanding block designed for smooth operation on flat surfaces and optimal use of sheet sandpaper without waste. Profile/Portrait Version: The design secures the compression plate with 2, 1/4-20 bolts to apply tension directly to the sandpaper strip, providing a secure grip. For easier disassembly, you can also utilize the Thumbscrew design linked below. Printing is completed in three stages: 1) The Bottom Plate - designed for a smooth sanding surface 2) The Compression Plate - tensions the sandpaper and offers a comfortable hold 3) The Body - holds the sandpaper firmly in place under tension Six distinct designs are available separately, offering users more flexibility.
