The design employs two 1/4-20 bolts to secure the compression plate in place and apply consistent tension on the sandpaper strip, enhancing grip and control. For added convenience, consider using the Thumbscrew design linked below to facilitate easy disassembly. Printing is a three-part process: 1) The bottom plate provides a smooth surface for sanding. 2) The compression plate tightens the sandpaper and offers a comfortable grip. 3) The body holds the sandpaper in place under tension, ensuring optimal performance. Six distinct designs are available separately within this set.
