Enhanced ejector and platter

<p>The ejector is (depending on the filament you used) bendy, meaning it can block itself instead of sliding smoothly upward. I added a leftmost “handle” and modified the platter to avoid this problem.</p><p>Platter keeps the two (currently useless) holes from original version, to be compatible with front and back-plates.</p>
