Here are three gear sets for repairing battery-powered PLAYTIVE trains on sale in Lild. - NOTE: The last gear attached directly to the motor shaft usually breaks or wears out with use. - As standard, this gear has 18 teeth, but I've tried using 16, 18, and 20 teeth, all of which work perfectly. The difference between them is speed and traction. - To disassemble or assemble the gears, simply press-fit without tools and no adhesive is needed. The printed-in-3D gear holes are slightly smaller than the ejection pinholes to ensure they fit snugly into the axle without needing glue. *NOTE: Depending on your 3D printer's precision and print settings, you may need to use a small round file to smooth out the interior hole of the gear. If so, I recommend using a fine-grit file and filing until it fits smoothly into the metal axle.
