I've accumulated several spools of wire that were in a state of disarray. To keep things organized, I decided to tape down the loose end of the wire or tuck it into place within the coil. The concept of utilizing plastic clips to secure them sounded more efficient - hence, I created this clip. The spools I'm currently using can usually be found at Fry's and Micro Center; they measure approximately 50mm in diameter when fully loaded and around 30mm when empty. To cater to various scenarios, I designed two sets of sizes for each of the two reel heights, taking into consideration both full and mostly empty spools. Although I lack a completely empty spool to test the effectiveness of the smaller size, I find it difficult to comprehend why this wouldn't function. **Printer Settings:** **Model:** XYZ Da Vinci 1.0 **Rafts:** Not essential for my purposes. **Supports:** Likewise, they're not necessary in this case. **Resolution:** Set at .3 for clarity. **Infill:** 10% provides sufficient strength and stability. **Notes:** I used a standard glue stick to ensure the print adheres properly to the bed, negating the need for rafts or additional support structures.
