The Canberra B8 bomber boasts an offset cockpit, a feature that has made it a favorite among numerous countries. This versatile aircraft has been utilized for reconnaissance and low-level attacks, including nuclear strikes. Under license, the Martin B57 Canberra was built, and to this day, NASA relies on a small fleet of three WB-57s, deploying them in Afghanistan as high-altitude electronics communication nodes due to their exceptional performance capabilities. First taking to the skies in 1949, the RAF retired its bomber variant in 1972. The reconnaissance versions followed suit in 2006. The Canberra B8 has seen action in numerous conflicts, from the Suez Crisis to modern-day Afghanistan. A scale model of the aircraft was created using Blender 2.79b, with dimensions reduced to 1/100 for the STL file. Further scaling down to 35% in the slicer allowed for a precise print. For reference, 15mm dice were used as a size guide. As always, the prints are thoroughly tested before being shared, and if they don't meet expectations, they won't be posted. Despite some imperfections, one of the prints was successfully completed, although the nose section did experience some damage during the printing process. Fortunately, it was easily repaired with glue.
