This is a detailed, real-world size house designed by a professional architect from original construction DWG drawings. This model is perfectly suited for use in visualization, AR/VR, real-time applications, and games, as well as architecture, consulting, and education. The model is scaled in units of centimeters. AVAILABLE FORMATS 3dsMax (V-Ray and Standard materials) is provided in MAX format. Exchange Formats, including FBX, OBJ, and DAE, are available for download. A UNITYPACKAGE file, optimized for Unity 3D, can be requested separately. BLEND files, compatible with Blender, are also available upon request. SKP files, optimized for SketchUp, can be downloaded after making a request. GEOMETRY DETAILS The model's geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons to ensure it is error-free. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add details or edit the geometry as needed. A Shell Modifier has been applied to glass objects to create a more realistic look. Scene objects are organized into logical layers for easier navigation. PREVIEW IMAGES All preview images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl and VrayDirt to highlight the model's geometry. Camera settings and lights are included, so the product is ready to render out-of-the-box.
