Engine, V-Twin, 4-Valve Heads

An 800cc V-Twin engine is designed for light aircraft, micro-light, and motorcycle usage. It features improvements over its predecessor with four valves and five spark plugs per cylinder head, water-cooling via a pump, and a single-piece crankcase. This prototype has mostly machined parts from solid materials; however, the cylinder heads would require casting for inlet and exhaust ports. Contributions from Ievgen (starter motor, spark plug), Oskar Stachurski (fuel injector), and Hardi Lepiksaar (oil filter) are acknowledged. Feedback on enhancing this engine is welcome.
